Very personable and professional. Courteous - Blanca is very helpful, she arranged a ride home for me when I dropped my car. Donny is very dependable on the quality of repairs and on time delivery. Only question I have is- why all 3 times I got work done, the final cost was significantly higher (25%-30% more) than the initial estimate even for the minor to moderate repairs. To some extent it is understandable because some damage is only revealed when you get into it, but every time? I like Accurate’s work and people.
