ACE Autobody Inc. was established in 1960, and we've thrived by serving our customer's needs. We handle all insurance claims with ANY insurance company and handle all of the negotiations for your vehicle to be repaired to pre-accident condition or better. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our work and also offer on-site rental pick up. We have state-of-the-art equipment, and all of the dealer's specs through All-Data for every make and model. We have a downdraft paint booth, and we use RM's color matching paint system Onyx HD. We also have a Chism Frame Machine for uni-body and frame straightening. If you're unable to drive your vehicle we have tow trucks on stand-by and we also offer free pick-up and delivery for drivable vehicles in the greater Hartford area. Ace Auto body did an amazing job on my front bumper . They replaced everything that needed to be replaced! My car looks absolutely amazing, like I just drove it off the lot. I was very happy to get my car back that I gave it a big hug. Their service and hospitality is everything anyone could ask for! Very professional, I highly recommend this body shop!

Excellent customer service. Thorough explanation of what to expect from them as well as the insurance company and the car rental company. Kevin intervened on my behalf when I encountered problems with the car rental. Kevin has a first class, well organized, professional business.

The headlight and bumper were replaced perfectly. Kevin examined the damage thoroughly and discovered additional damage that the insurance adjuster missed. Also, because of Kevin's thoroughness, he discovered serious damage behind the bumper. The original damage estimate was $640 but it turned out to cost almost $1500.
