Angel Hernandez was the star of this location. I would absolutely recommend this location purely based on Angel Hernandez alone.

I would definitely bring my vehicle back here because of Angel Hernandez specifically. He was knowledgeable and down to earth. He would not accept a subpar job. The vehicle was returned to me in perfect shape as if it was never involved in a major traffic collision.

Took my car after a crash they stored my car for two months saying there is nothing to do since the parts are in backup order. At exactly 2 months they called me and said that my car is ready to be pick up and bring my deductible with me. A Week after I got my car I was doing mantainaince on my car and found out that the part was not replaced for a new one and it was the same old part welded, I call my insurance and they said the new parts and labor were paid for in total. Went back to this place and told them what I found, they response was that they forgot to tell me they felted sorry for my situation and decided to do something temporary until they part came and then they will call to put the new part. It was all thinking on my well being, but forgot to tell me or ask me if I was ok with that. I don't trust this place now and after that they did not offer to go with me with a correct agreement paperwork on that with me or my car insurance that it was unaware of the situation either, they may forgot too. The thing is that they said they are not even sure if the part is even on existence anywhere, so I told them if that's the case, I want I refund for the part and find another way to get it replace. They now don't want to do it because if I want it that way, they to charge me for the part repair that I never ask for or at least be informed. They told me and the insurance it was replace for a new one and hope We never found out. Even when they got caught they still wanna keep the money with no repercussions for the scam.

No communication, they delayed unnecessarily then blamed it on my insurance. Tried getting parts that weren’t needed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My car turned out fine but the customer service was horrible. There was no communication until I had to make a scene about it. They rarely gave me updates I was always reaching out to them. They played games with the progress of my car and it was never clear what step they were on. I hated every step of this process.
