I was thrilled to have my car repaired at auto collision group… I was referred to them by a friend after my insurance was telling me they didn’t have any authorized body shops that could repair my car as they were all busy… Even our repair shop in town would not return my calls assuming they also were too busy! My car was in an out within about a week and everything went smoothly… Thank you auto collision group!

Minor bumper damage. took over 1 month. Poor quality in work. Poor communication with issues.

I am totally satisfied with the body repair good job. However, the control arm is making noise. The car was returned to the Whittier shop. The car was returned the same day stating that the control arm was tightened. I drove the car and the next day the noise returned same as original. The staff has been good in accommodating the car return for tightening the control arm. I just wish that the control arm installation was performed correctly so that I would not have to take off from work to return the car now multiple times

Job not done yet, vehicle needs to go back to body shop to fix couple of issues already notified to the manager-Mr. Pablo, waiting for the appointment, almost 1 week now.

Communication skills are very poor charge My insurance unnecessary express it was parts that I saw dragging under my car when I drove my car to the shop nothing was dnothing one dragon so they did damage something underneath the car but that's the way they work unprofessional irresponsible And I was charging the customers

Very unhappy with the work they did they also replaced the horn in my car and put the wrong horn I have a horn of a bicycle on my car
