How could I after being subjected to such incompetence and being lied to by the representative Pablo on multiple issues. I will not recommend this company but will refrain from badmouthing it only if they come clean and pay for the damages and repairs they have caused. I can not afford to pay for their destruction of my car and personal property. This is costing me time from work because I ant afford to fix all the things they broke in my car! I need that fight solar panel for power desperately I love with my mother who has dementia and stage four breast cancer out in the desert in an RV and solar power is all we have now to keep the lights on and refrigerate food now that I can’t work to afford gas to run the generator. This is financially devastating to us, our economic recovery from homelessness and our very comfort to live. It’s truly horrifying what has occurred here!

Only speaking of the repair I took the car in for in the first place, not overall satisfaction or satisfaction related to repairs of things in the car that were broken carelessly

Calls always came from numbers identified as out of area not from local area code and were screened out thus. I had five solar panels in my car stored which they said they would not disturb for this repair yet clearly I find they were removed and one was broken in the process, shattered. A technician power surged my car improperly jump starting it and.blew a main fuse, deprogrammed my ABS breaks, blew out the engine water pump and left the car inoperable even after replacing the fuse the other problems caused were not addressed. By far the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere hands down.

Auto Collision Group has the best customer service I have ever experienced! Although my insurance was not cooperating too well, they kept on top of them until everything got resolved. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
