Greetings, My first choice for this repair was Toyota, which was not it in the AARP Auto Insurance network. However, my experience with Acme Auto Body was excellent, and did most definitely exceed my expectations. My I really appreciate the time & patience that “Renee & Team” took to ensure that all of my questions & concerns were addressed during my initial & final visits there. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and well done. 😊

Steve is the man to go. Very transparent and helpful. I was little disappointed with fender adjustment but Steve ensured I am happy and fixed it immediately

The app that is supposed to keep you updated is not accurate if it is updated. I had to call a couple days after it said my car would be done to get and update.

ACME offered a competent and professional Customer focused operation with integrated coordination between them and our insurance carrier. They also facilitated a rental car service that was equally efficient. These three factors provide a total package rarely found today. We also appreciate the regular ‘communications which ACME helped the insurance company offer to keep us informed of the work being done and when it would be completed..
