I gave a 9 because the interior was dusty and my TPMS light came on after leaving the shop. I checked my tire pressure and two of the tires were set to about 42 psi. Factory recommends 36psi and tire is rated at max 50psi.

I’m very satisfied with the repair I received from Active Auto Body. I also had a great experience with customer service. They explained what repairs were going to be done on my car, how long it would take, and even coordinated with the car rental company. My car was repaired earlier than expected and the scratches/dent were completely removed from my rear bumper and panel. There’s still a slight misalignment with the bumper and panel, but it’s not as visible. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

On top of repair not being done right first time around... When I dropped off and picked up my hybrid vehicle after shop was done with repair, car's mpg went down by 1 mile. AC was on full blast when I started the car. I have no idea how long they left my hybrid vehicle on with AC to drop the mpg that much without it being driven around the town.

Asked for Hertz but got steered towards Enterprise. Enterprise took 1 hour and 15 minutes to pick me up and informed me State Farm only covers 80% of the rental. It was a lot of hassle for the day to pick up the rental and return the next day. But they are proactive in communication with calls & emails.
