I had a great experience with Active: Javier was very knowledgeable and always available for clarifications. The area of damage was entirely transformed to an “as new” condition that could not be told from the rest of the car. It was returned on the very date promised at the beginning, and (although I was not liable for the cost) for below the original estimate. The detailing was performed everywhere that was owner-accessible. In short it’s hard to believe that the car has nearly 100k miles on it.
