Good communication and service and nice repair and finish. Vehicle was cleaned and an error light seemed to have been reset. Nothing replaces your own personal detailed inspection to make sure everything is in order before leaving the shop.

Active Auto Body provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Joe was fantastic—personable, empathetic about my car accident, and clear and direct in all communication. I picked up my car after just four business days, and the repair work was flawless—my rear looked as if nothing had ever happened. I was also surprised by the attention to detail: the steering wheel was wrapped, and the entire car was detailed and spotless when I picked it up. Truly above-and-beyond service—I couldn't recommend Active Auto Body more. I also walked the car with another team member (his name slips my mind), and he was great too. The only small thing: he mentioned he’d send me a quote for my front bumper on Monday, but I haven’t heard back. Honestly, it’s not urgent, so no big deal. I will reach out when I'm ready to get that repaired.
