Good:paint work Bad:everything else. Reused parts with visible damage, missed multiple issues before giving the vehicle back, did not clean it after full interior teardown so I had to wipe grease off my white door and headliner. Trunk liner not seated correctly on trunk had to put adhesive to stop knocking sounds myself. Terrible experience for how long you had my vehicle.

The A&D took great care of our vehicle with our families safety as priority one! We came in for collision repair and some seemingly cosmetic issues unrelated to the collision. A&D discovered additional unsafe repairs made from previous repairs prior to us owning the vehicle. They were not part of our original estimate and A&D took the ownership of ensuring all repairs were corrected to ensure 100% safety for our family. They did not charge more for these repairs and that was truly unprecedented. Customer service was great, team was professional, and very transparent with the repair process.
