I get it not easy fixing cars to original but the bumper, grill and hood are not aligned or symmetric. They are off and it’s disappointing.

Working with Addison was fine, good communication and timely repair but the repair is not what I expected. Repair was done on a 24 Chevy Silverado- front end damage from hitting a loose tire on i25. The new grill, bumped, and existing hood are not on alignment and symmetry from one side to the repair side. Also alignment is off from the accident and I guess this isn’t part of the repair. If it was older vehicle I probably wouldn’t care but it’s relatively new and not like it was before the accident. Wonder if the repair would be different if it was the owners vehicle. Oh well

Whatever was repaired was done well!

Cosmetics are fixed well and damage doesn’t show from outside but now I have to take a car and fix all the mechanical parts like control arms and shocks. I don’t know why mechanical repairs doesn’t apply to a repair list but the fact that I have to find another shop and fix it to be fixed is strange to me
