Reimbursement issue currently pending with CSAA: On my review of the final auto body bill from Addison, the initial estimate by Mark of $2,195.03, which includes the mechanical repairs by Intechgrity of $608, resulted in a check issued to me for $1,695.03 (accounts for $500 deductible as noted on the check). While scheduling the repairs with Addison, I was instructed to endorse and leave the check together with the estimate with them. Addisonâs final bill was for $2,501.49. Addison applied the full $1,695.03 to this bill and notes an additional $348.17 supplemental balance due from CSAA and 2nd deductible from (paid when car picked up). Addison was aware of the mechanical repairs by Intechgrity

Very satisfied. When there were issues getting a part and then installing, the folks at Addison kept plugging away until the job was complete. Sam was great and made sure that I can call with any questions. Great follow up!
