Samantha is great. Your front desk greeter is great. Your lead bills payable person - not so much. Sheâs not friendly, at one point telling me I âshouldnât have cashed my insurance check,â even though it was made out to me. I didnât need to be scolded.

It took over a week to get my estimate to the insurance adjusters which was very frustrating when I had to pay out of pocket for a rental and time is of the essence. But everything else I was satisfied about.
