I picked Addison because you assured me that the timeline for hail repair was not as long as other options I had available but I could not use you unless I had my insurance cut you a check. Then days before my scheduled appt you postponed a full month. Beyond that I am satisfied with the service.

I had some nicks in the new bumper panels from installation, but Josh said that iit can't be perfect. I'm not sure about that, but otherwise I am very happy with the repair service.

I had a good overall experience - however upon drop off my vehicle the lady who takes payments was quite rude - and matter of fact- she said to me that the insurance money for repairs to my car was not mine- and I beg to differ- I had a choice to bring my car to any repair shop- I chose your shop due to convenience and ability to work me in
