Left my car here for repairs from a rear end collision and once I got it back it looked great! Phenomenal work, I appreciate everyone here! Updates during the process were given which was nice. Worked with insurance and made it easy for me. Would recommend this shop!

Unfortunately, due to two accidents, I’ve been a customer at Addison’s collision shop twice in the last year. However, my experience has been consistently positive. My service advisor, Jeremy, has an excellent “bedside manner” (just like doctors, service advisors are often holding your hand through both good and bad news), and the service has been timely and professional. Importantly, they do a great job at keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle as well as effectively explaining the issues and exploring your options throughout the process. I never felt out of the loop or out of control. Additionally, the work itself is very well done—I’ve even gotten compliments about the seamless paint matching from those who saw the car before and after. Although I hope not to have to use them again anytime soon (!) for collision services, I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in that uncomfortable position. They can make a bad situation a lot easier and more pleasant to deal with.
