While the work done on my car is satisfactory, dealing with the incredibly rude woman at the front desk was so unpleasant that I would never return to Addison Auto again even if they were the only auto body shop in town, which they most definitely are not.

I had a dark tinted rear window repaired, along with my door and the dark tint didn't match the opposite rear window. It matched the lesser tinited front door windows. Other that that I was satisfied with my experience.

I'd like to thank Diane for being so wonderfully pleasant and informative about when, where's and whys on getting the car fix and rental cars, and Nick for doing a wonderful job of putting the car back together and keeping me informed about delays that were unfortunate. They both were very welcoming, apologetic about things that were beyond their control and assuring that things would work out. My baby is back home as pretty as the day I bought her, and I'm so appreciative of the commitment and professionalism of Diane and Nick at Addison Auto and all staff involved.😄😉❤️
