I have had great customer service from ADS they have been very helpful . Problem is the performance and quality of the service . I have 2 rims with multiple deep scratches on the outer wall which I have never curbed due to it being a brand new car . I have pictures from about a week prior to that I can use for reference. Also biggest issue is when I reach a top speed of 45 mph or higher the car begins to wobble the faster I get the more it does this ? I will be contacting ADS first thing in the morning thanks.

My car is back at the mechanic. Before my car went into your shop my car died but when I asked what was the cause. Nothing was done with the motor, and was told it was good. Last Wednesday driving to work something happened to the motor and is back in a different shop now. Don’t know what’s wrong yet but the motor had knocking sounds so it’s not good

Not to thrilled that my truck was not fixed right the first time. Missing parts, the fender is not in th right position, my window is not installed correctly. It feels like every time I shut the door the window is going to shatter. I'm taking it back on Tuseday to get it fixed correctly hopefully.

I received my car back and now it is having trouble with the regenerative braking system. I will have to take it into a Toyota dealership to determine what is wrong. This was after multiple attempts to have ads review the brakes and braking system to see what might have caused the accident and that message was never passed along and always dismissed when I tried to bring it up. The lady I worked with when I picked the car up was helpful and kind, I can only wish she helped me the whole time.
