Inside was alittle dusty from sanding Iam guessing so just better wipe down job is all. Otherwise looks to be as good as new

The main purpose of the visit was not addressed. Thinking the car was done, I went to pick the car up with my kids. This is not an easy thing to do as my son has severe ADHD and planning most things is hard. When we went to pick up the car, the mirror had not been changed to the new mirror we had ordered. This was unacceptable. Once the car was actually done, we picked it up and I asked to pay the bill. I was told that there was no bill. I expected a bill, bit thought maybe it wasn't being charged because of the inconvenience. The next day I got a message asking me to pay my bill, the bill I was I told I didn't have. I will be calling on Monday to pay as I don't not pay my bills, but my god, get your act together. We either owe money or we don't. Come on. Lots of work to be done for this be acceptable service.

Disappointed in fit. Chip was touched up and not painted liked talked about. Cover still pushed to side. Tight on tail light on one side loose on other. Cover not aligned with quarterpanel

I’m new to Fargo and went to Advanced based on my insurance agents recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! I was waiting forever for the other drivers insurance to get back to me and Ross went above and beyond helping me with that before I even brought my car in. 11/10 recommend. Also, my car turned out better than before it was damaged :)

The Verse looks great! Very happy looks like it never happened 🙂😊 Plus went above expectations by getting it done early and cleaning the inside was a awesome surprise! After 9 hrs with 2 kids in it then hitting a deer I didn't have time to clean it out after our trip. So thank you very much 😊

The repair done on my vehicle was completely satisfactory. It was a big job which took quite a long time to complete. My only disappointment was that multiple estimates of completion date came and went, so my expectations weren’t met. Reasons for delays given were, “employee working on your car didn’t come in until 12:30 and then had to go to class”. A couple days later, “work delayed because employee was in class today.” These “excuses” we’re somewhat disappointing to me. However staff that I spoke with by phone were always friendly and polite. I will come back to Advanced if I need body work and will recommend you to acquaintances. Thanks for a job well done , guys. 😊
