From first entering the office, to driving away in my flawlessly repaired Tiguan, customer service was courteous, caring, considerate and timely. The body work was absolutely beautiful; perfectly restored to pre-crash condition. I was expecting a lot as per their reputation and I was not disappointed. All good.

During the repair process you discovered some areas of rust. This should have been communicated to me as I would have opted to pay extra to have the rust fixed with the repair.
