We were told to bring our vehicle on a Monday morning. To be ready by Friday. On Friday afternoon we called to see when we could pick it up. Were then told it would not be ready until the following Monday maybe Tuesday. No “advanced” notice to allow us to make other arrangements. When my wife picked up the car no apologies no assurances to do better in the future. Advanced has lost our business.

I intend on returning to have additional work done that is not covered by insurance. I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone but Advanced Auto Body & Glass!!

Customer Service was top tier from start to finish. I received update calls throughout the repair process, and when I needed assistance with getting my audio turned on and out of security mode, one of the staff called the horrible Honda dealer so I wouldn’t have to and took care of it for me. Everyone was friendly and personable. I give them all a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!
