When I brought my car in for an estimate, I requested a specific person to complete the work and it was honored. (Although I was told one person I asked for didn't work there anymore, but in looking at your website his picture is there) I would have appreciated a better estimation of the timeline of how long the work would take. I was originally told 4-5 days and the work took 7. And, I had to call to find out, no one from Advanced Auto ever updated me on the prgress.

Very good customer service and communication. One of the headlight covers wasn’t pushed in all the way but my husband was able to easily pop it in.

They told us it would be 5-7 business days- it was closer to 14 days. Zero communication I had to call and get updates. I ended up getting my car before they were finished with the cleaning because I did nit have a loaner and my parents needed their car back.

There was a little spot on left rear that is smudged and looks like they tried to fix it so it raised blemish.

Did I get a new windshield or a used one? I keep my vehicles in show room condition, and I am not a happy camper with this new windshield. Several flaws/scratches in the windshield. I'm very tempted to come in and have a new one installed. It looks used with small particle marks, two straight line scratches about an inch long, and other flaws. Again, I'm not happy with this, and I do appreciate the survey to vent my frustration.
