The body work was done to a good standard, however the hood of the car is lined up incorrectly along with other panels. There is now a scuff on the wing of the car, that was not there previously from when I took it to your shop. The front desk attendant told me that they cleared the codes from the car, however once again there are the same number of codes/light on the dash as when the accident occurred. Two of the cars codes are because of what I have done (emissions engine code and tpms code) but the other three codes abs, traction control, and power steering are all still on after the accident. Now as far as the mechanical side of the car I do not know how much your shop looks into or inspects these problems being that you are a body shop. I have noticed that the front axle and the front control arm are both broken and need to be fixed. I was not told that these issues existed at the time when I picked up the car. Onto your customer service, I was not impressed to say the least. I only had contact with two of your employees through the entire process ( the front desk attendant and the man who did the original assessment of the car) throughout the 4 months of dealing with this company i never had once talked to a technician or anyone who had worked on the car. The only time I actually talked to anyone was when I first went, when I dropped the car off, and when I picked the car up. Overall I would not recommend your business and probably wont come back for any major body work. I hope my experience was a once and a while situation and most of your clients have better overall care for their vehicles.
