customer service personnel was fantastic. A confusion caused by whether the shop will provide a transportation to the rental car location. Two said yes, and one said I have call rental car asking them to pick me up. This cause me several calls back and forth between the shop and rental car company to straighten it out.

Great work and convenient service. Business appears well run. Front office spacious, clean, and cool on very hot days.

I was thrilled to see my car as it was brought out to me by the guy who actually did the work. The repair job looks fantastic and makes me smile. Thank you ever so much. It was great to get frequent updates on the progress of the work and nice to have the car rental set up and all coordinated for the week.
