Communication was pretty good. An update every few days just for transparency would be nice, but for the most part it was good. The repairs were well done and this seems like a good shop where people take pride in their work.

Great step by step process. Only wish they would tell us ahead of time about payment for deductible. Luckily I had christmas money with me, to pay it.
