Repair took 8 weeks. 4 weeks over the scheduled time. Vehicle was given back to us still missing emblems. Have to go back to have them put on. I have to also go back for lose rear window trim. The trunk liner does not stay in place and I hear a noise in the rear while driving. My windshield was replaced and my driver side wiper hits the edge of the windshield molding when I activate my wipers.

Final price was $1,500 higher than originally discussed, leaving us with regret. When we took possession of the car, we found a loose reflector. The sales guy offered to charge more for fixing it.

Some strange buff marks were left on the new paint. Paint was not fully touched up. A reflector fell off. Debris was left inside the left air vent, which rattles.

I would have given a higher score, but when I went to get my vehicle, there was damage to the back side of my vehicle that wasn’t there when I left my vehicle and it hasn’t been fixed yet and it has already been a couple weeks.

The overall repairs seem to have gotten the big stuff fixed, but my TPMS now has an error and doesn't show one of the tire pressures, one of my exhaust brackets under the car is missing a bolt and hanging loose, and both headlights were misaligned far too low (I could only see about 30 feet in front of me), which I discovered during an overnight road trip.
