Excellent service with sufficient time spent to explain the different options and their prices. Nathaniel, in particular, an obviously very intelligent young man with academic ambitions for graduate school at NMSU, helped me consider the options of paying out of pocket or reimbursement from my insurance. I followed up with a meeting with my insurance agent who helped me to see that with my good history of no accidents, paying with insurance was the way to go, thank you Nathaniel for your wise counsel!

The door that needed to be fixed doesn't close right and doesn't lock. Some of the electrical on the truck is not working properly when I took it in there was no issue with any electrical, the driver window doesnt roll down and the back passanger tail light is not working. My back passenger side door the lock button is broken and was not when I took it in. The two doors that were worked on, my window tint was removed and not replaced with the correct %. The paint is spot on perfect though and would like a quote for the rest of the truck.

They did awesome work. I was disappointed that I wasn't made more aware of the methods of payment. They charge a 3.5% fee if you use a charge card. I would've brought cash or cashier check.

I was disappointed that I wasn't made aware of the forms of payment accepted. I had to put my part on my charge card and was charged a 3.5% fee. If I would've known, I would have went to the bank and got cash or cashiers check.

The car looks good, headlights are great and nicely vacuumed out. My blanket from the cargo area,the steering wheel sun shade and a very important letter from the Veterans Affairs addressed to me is missing from inside my car.
