I absolutely love AF Collision. This is the 2nd time we had to get our van fixed (not our fault) and I knew there was no better place to take our family vehicle to. The customer service is very nice and communicated with me every Tuesday and Thursday, which is always very nice when waiting for insurance companies to get your claim done. I will send everyone I know to A.F. Collision. And I will send everybody I know away from the other company that can’t hang a front door!! The reason I chose A.F. Collision is because I was told to go back to the same company that couldn’t fix and hang my passenger door correctly by my insurance company. I said nope. No way! I asked my best friend for a recommendation, and he sent me to A.F. Collision. I am so grateful he did. And from now on, I will do the same thing for everyone I know. They are the best I’ve ever seen.

A.F. Collision did far and away the best repair work on my vehicle than any other company has ever done for me in the past. Their attention to detail was superb and their performance was unequaled. I didn’t know what to expect at first. But my last experience was with a large company referred to me by my insurance company, and they were horrible. This this time they recommended them to me again and said said absolutely not. We had a discussion that wasn’t going well at first, but I insisted that this was my company. A.F. Collision was the only place I would go to for repairs. They were unbelievable as far as the quality was concerned and the detail work was just amazing. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

A.F. Collision’s Customer Service was outstanding. They sent me daily updates on the progress of the insurance process, including the three times my insurance company changed adjusters on my policy and what I needed to know about that change, along with the daily progress on the repair work on my vehicle. I had two different claims that A.F. Collision had to work through with my insurance company and my adjuster, and A.F. Collision kept me in the loop as to which claim was being worked on, which claim was going to be finished first, and every single detail that I needed to know about the entire process. They made my life so easy that I didn’t even have to call my insurance company to find out where I was on which claim, and what was provided for how much money. A.F. Collision did everything for me. They were phenomenal people and I could not believe how much easier it was with them. Their Customer Service Group is simply the best I’ve ever seen.
