My battery was completely dead when I came to pick up my car. They asked me if I just wanted to come back tomorrow. I had just been picked up by a stranger after dropping off the rental car, and dropped off at their location and needed to be to work in five minutes. So no, definitely not, I did not want to have to come back tomorrow. They took no personal responsibility for having drained the battery. Though they did give me a jump that allowed me to get to work. But then I was stranded again until I could get a new battery installed.
