Was a little disappointed that they were waiting on a part from BMW when it’s common practice to FedEx/next day auto parts, There should not have been more than a one day wait as long as there was one part anywhere in the U.S.

The adjuster, Laresa, was a 10. Things in the shop not so good. After meeting with Laresa and the shop technician at 11:00, we decided on the possibilities to accomplish the repair. At 3:00 I stopped by to see if things were successful. To my disappointment and Laresa’s disappointment my vehicle had not been moved since I had dropped by at 11:00. We were planning on it being done at 5:00 for pick up. Returned at 5:00 to pick it up. They had brought it out front and I noticed that one item that was listed to be repaired had been removed and was totally missing. When the repair pictures were reviewed it was there so they had to find it and replace it.
