Kept me posted on how the repair was going. Looked into insurance info...from Family tires to see what may or still be covered. Yeah Quincy. She'll let me know on Monday. Friendly. My only wish is that someone had looked under the hood and told us not to drive the car. That could have saved me a lot. Live and learn. Thank you

I didn’t have repairs. The car was totaled. I was very unhappy that they kept the car for two weeks even though I called several times. Either no answer or a message I’d be called right back which I wasn’t.
