I was told the car would be parked out front, with the key locked inside under the driver's mat for pick up in the evening. When I went to pick up the car, it was out back behind a locked gate. A tow truck driver let me in. The driver side window was all the way down and the interior is now all dusty. Coordination and service were very poor.

The job isn’t done yet. There was a repeating noise in the wheel which needs to be repaired still. Seems like maybe someone should drive the cars around the block once before calling the job done. The car does look really nice, though! Hopefully the issue with the noise can be resolved soon!

Great job with the repair and great company to work with. Seemed concerned with my satisfaction and getting things done right. the repair took a little longer than expected.... However they had to get additional parts so the delay made sense

They did an excellent job of fixing my van after a minor vehicle collision that crushed my rear bumper and fender. They matched the paint perfectly. Went much faster than expected and they were good about keeping me informed of their progress.
