A.F. Collision did a great job on our car. It looked like new! They worked with our schedule and kept us informed on the status of the repair They are friendly and professional people. If we need to have body repairs done again, we would gladly return there.

There's a lot of subpar work. The quarter panel never got touched, as it was obviously a part of the accident. There's also a huge gap in the back light that was "fixed". The seals on both front and back driver side windows are awful. There's also huge, fingernail deep scratches on both the front and back windows (almost like its from a window regulator). Along with the back door moulding on the inside of the back door, it's literally just hanging there. I'm honestly extremely unpleased with the work. Quincey was great! So thank goodness for her. But otherwise its been a very bad experience.

Last year was cheaper but this year was a lot more expensive. I realize that expenses have gone up and it was both bumpers this year. I was also hoping to get some paint removed. On my front bumper. I ran into a pole after the estimate. Having said that your service is great and I would highly recommend you.

Everything was good. When it was promised, cleanliness and courtesy . I would have liked a phone call to me in regards to the paint on the front bumper to be removed. I would have ok’d the extra money. I do realize that I hit a pole after given the estimate. Also last year they replaced the rear bumper yet it cost more than last year. This year they were able to fix the rear bumper. The front bumper they able to just snap in place not needing to replace the hanger. You do great work and I’ll continue to recommend your services. Thanks!
