Probably a record for the lowest price auto body repair ever. But I received professional curtious service. I had a deep scratch on my new car from someone opening their car door next to me. After 4 weeks of the run-around with the other car owners insurance company, I was expecting more of the same, but they were so nice to me, and they were able to repair the deep scratch like magic, without painting. It was great!

My car's elecrtic panel on the driver's side does not work now. I texted Camille about this, but no response, otherwise, she was really kind and very helpful. It's just odd that 2 days after getting my car fixed the entire door's electric system quits working, window, mirror, door lock, all of it, but it works all over in the rest of the car. It's like something was done up loosely, then it came undone. My car continues to make a rubbing noise when making a left turn, especially when cold. We tried to reproduce this noise and it made the noise a few times, but no one knows why. All the damage was on the driver's side, the side of the car that no longer works. My car was also at AF collision about one week longer than planned and the last thing done was the windshield which made it so I had to wait another weekend to get my car.

most of the time people were kind, but I hate going in to businesses and not being greeted. this happened a few times at AF collision and again I have not heard anything about my driverside electric panel stopping working completely after sending a text.
