I loved how friendly everyone was. They got the job done when they said they would and they gave me daily updates of how it was coming along. Once the job was finished, I was impressed with the quality of the work and how the cleaned my car and put a nice smelling air freshener in. That was a really nice touch, that they didn’t need to do. Overall a great experience and we’ll be back if we ever need body work done again.

Due to two lights still disconnected when I received my vehicle

If I were to recommend AF Collision Repair to a friend, I'd tell them to go over the written estimate in detail with a customer rep.

When I went in for my estimate, I pointed out 4 things I wanted fixed. Only two of them were in the estimate. Now I'm happy to pay for the services I need, but I thought my estimate included all 4 items. Of the two that made it into the estimate the dent in the door was one was repaired beautifully. However, I was disappointed at how little the buffing of the scratches did. I was expected some very minor remnants of the scratches, but, I couldn't really tell much of a difference. If I had known how little effect there would have been, I wouldn't have had the buffing done.

I think that if you were going to have to replace the bumper no matter what, you should have fought harder for the insurance company to pay for it. I feel like you didn't stand up for what was right!
