Quinci and Travis were very accommodating with my unique claim and were able to secure replacement parts after a car wash incident to aftermarket accessories which is out of their wheelhouse. They were transparent and patient with me during the entire process.

The repair looks good, and you were still cheaper than other shops, but the experience this time was not great. We've had better experiences with you on another car, so I'm hoping this was just a fluke.

I was told to come pick my car up at 4pm. When I got there, it wasn't ready. It was still dirty from the repair. We waited for awhile, but eventually they gave us a coupon to have it cleaned at a local car wash. This was a little inconvenient for us. Also, I was never notified at the change in the estimate and was surprised to see that I was being charged over $400 more than I was originally told. My car was kept for over week and no one contacted me about this.
