I had some reservations due to the fact that the insurance company and Affordable Auto Body work so closely together BUT it was a great experience from start to finish.

I only gave a 9 because although the bumper was replaced and paint a perfect match, the chrome inserts on the bumper were not replaced. I have to say I was bit disappointed.
