Only oddity was getting a verbal 10 day completion date then a 17 day estimated delivery date from the system then a call on day 20 to come pick it up. Oct 2 email at 9:18 am said “on track for 10/9”, another email at 11:49 am said it was completed and ready to pick up.” A good problem to have obviously.

I could not be happier with my experience with Rick's Auto Body. Clear and comprehensive communication at every step, excellent coordination and process (including working with my insurance to deliver the rental I picked up right at Rick's when I dropped my car off for the repair). Text and email updates each day with pics of the process. Jess in the front office is easy, detailed - wonderful to work with. And the car looks brand new. Thank you: I wish more companies had this level of service excellence.
