Giovanni was assigned to my vehicle. Very happy and comforting employee. You can tell he’s genuinely happy with his line of work which helped us a lot with the stressful process of the repairs being done. I’ve dealt with a prude at a different collision center a year ago on a different vehicle who was just pretty much waiting on death to take its coarse. Giovanni was the opposite, full of life and very professional. He’s a saint! Thanks Gio!

My car was repaired very nicely. But during the 4 weeks time when it was in the shop there were very little communications if I didn't call no one from the shop would contact me about the status of repair.
