The external vehicle repairs were completed and look excellent 10/10. My issue is prior to leaving the property I noticed damage on the interior of the vehicle that was not previously there. It appears a paper cup (or something similar) was left on the center console in the sun while at the shop. The material melted and caused damaged to the center console. I discussed the damage with the manager prior to leaving the property. He assured me they would order a replacement part and complete the repairs. I’m still waiting on the part to come in and the repairs to be completed.

I am so happy with my AGC experience. My car looks and feels brand new. I appreciate the communication from Tony. He’s so professional and timely. Although my Tesla insurance company delayed the process a bit, Tony moved the process along as efficiently as possible and I appreciate that. I don’t know whose brilliant hands are responsible for taking apart my car and putting it back together but they did an excellent job and I appreciate them so much. Thank you!

Great customer service. The intake and administration person remembered me always and called me promptly to let me know when I could pick up the car. She also offered to contact Enterprise to get me a rental when I dropped the car off. The estimator / project manager made sure I could pick up the car the next day after drop off and walked me to the car upon repair to make sure I was satisfied. Well done to both!
