The repair took longer than it should have been, in the end AGC tried to manipulate me into letting them repair my car by advising there was a diagnostic error and it wasn’t covered by my warranty with dealer. Which was confirmed to be a lie after I spoke to dealer. The said error, is not accurate also. I modified my car safety feature through the settings and my blind spot lights work fine. Customer service was terrible. I have no positive things to say and do not recommend AGC. Picking up my vehicle was uncomfortable as the old man there just sat in the corner staring uncomfortably too. 0 stars.

I had a good experience at this body shop. Harry was helpful and walked me through the process step by step. He returned my calls and was patient in answering my questions. Mallory also kept me updated along the way. The staff was friendly and provided solid customer service.

There is just one thing: I had a repair that was being covered by insurance (over the passenger side wheel). There was a separate small piece of damage that I wanted to have repaired at the same time. (front bumper), that I would cover. I mentioned this when dropping the car off and also in a subsequent telephone conversation. Both times saying that I needed an estimate on this. I never heard back from anyone, nor was it touched up (paint) during the insured procedure. I want to make clear that otherwise the insured portion of this job went exceeding well. I was particularly impressed with Mallory and her organization with my rental car, communicating about the progress of the repair, and also her general demeanor of efficiency and helpfulness.
