Well, I felt like your people skills were really good. The discrepancy was, I did not receive an estimate until you had my car in the shop. I had to keep calling to see if the parts were there, and when you said you would call me back you didn’t. Also, when I picked up my van, the back seats were down and things were not put back and one of the covers was off that attached to the ground. It was very sloppy. Both my husband and I took some time to put it all back. In addition, it is my van, my name is on everything including the insurance, yet you kept contacting my husband even though I specifically told you to contact me Malani Villanueva.
