In my situation, where the other party’s insurance accepted full liability, my experience with AGM Collision was excellent. AGM had great communication and quick response time, the ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly and AGM took care of everything with the insurance. Everything was handled in such good timing and quality of service is great.

Excellent workmanship. Very friendly and knowledged staff (offered me a drink while I waited). The shop was very clean. Natasha kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I would recommend this shop to other customers.

The repair work was really great. Excellent body work and painting. It was also great that I was constantly being kept informed (via email) on the repair status. The length of time my car was in the repair shop was okay. The only issue I had was not being told they do not accept checks or credit card when paying my deductible. I was told this only when I went to pick up my car. Fortunately, the service rep (Natasha) allowed me to take my car and come back later with the deductible payment. Very trusting of them.
