Repair was great. Customer service was helpful and great. Detailing was not the best. There a residue from cleaning agent on the windows. Still having trouble getting my windows clean.

This was my girlfriend's car, and my truck is needing a front grille replacement due to a buzzard not getting out of the way soon enough. I would like this shop to perform the repairs, but since it is an elective repair, I will wait until I have the appropriate finances.

As far as the bodywork repairs go, the front of the car is an absolute 10. There is zero evidence that a deer decided to use the car going 75 mph as a means to end it's life. However, knowing that the deceased deer rolled under the vehicle, it was not mentioned that there is a mysterious rattling coming from somewhere under the car. It comes and goes depending on whether or not the car is moving or parked while running. While I might not expect something of that nature to be repaired by a body shop, a mentioning of it would have been appreciated. I think it's the exhaust heat shield vibrating, so maybe it won't be a difficult repair, but it is what it is. Excellent craftsmanship on the bodywork, though.

I couldn't believe how nice my pickup looked when I picked it up. The damage on the outside was seamlessly repaired, and the inside of my pickup was vacuumed out and wiped down, which was the nicest surprise (it was bad inside). Everybody I met were incredible and friendly, making the whole experience easier. Thank you!
