Hood opened while driving home. Battery was killed resulting in the need to get multiple jumps and replacement due to not being able to hold a charge anymore. Not a good experience this time at all. I am a repeat customer but will most likely go somewhere else on the future. -Jeremy Ward

QA process is not good. The car has been sitting at the shop "completed" since Wednesday. My husband picked it up today on his return from business and the paint in one spot does not look right. The maintenance guy said it was rubbing compound. Also the car rack rail does not appear to be on propery. There is a gap between the car and the rail. The guys made it sound like no big deal but maybe it isn't a big deal of work but that just tells me you except mediocre work. This should have been caught on final inspection. This was not a rush job and there was plenty of time to complete the work. Now we have to reschedule and send it back in to complete the errors your team couldn't catch. Not happy.
