Overall, dealing with ABX went very well. John and his employees were pleasant to deal with and easy to communicate with especially by either texting or emailing. My car came back looking great and I really appreciated the extra attention of clearning it up, outisde and inside (as well as dropping it off to me at my work when it was completed). The only downside to this experience was it did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but I realize some of it had to do with other parts vendors. Overall though I was very happy with ABX and their work. Thank you!

Service was great and the work ABX did was done perfectly. My only complaint had to do with their quote on the Paint Protective Film. I was able to get that done myself for 1/3 of the price they quoted.

Megan was excellent to work with. She let me know the status on a regular basis and was able to get the work done while I was out of town so the car was available as soon as I returned. She provided excellent service.

The repair looks great. I appreciate the attention to detail to make sure everything is working. There was some confusion over when to expect the car back. That is the only reason it is not a "10" rating.

Again, only thing that was amiss was that both my partner and I both heard that the shop would be closed on Friday, so to expect the car back on Thursday. Turns out that the car was ready on Friday (that was fine) and the shop was open on Friday. The secretary got back to us that day so we could arrange mass transit to pick it up.
