I am dissatisfied with the quality of the rear bumper repair and with the customer service I received when I raised my concerns to Sabrina. I understand that aftermarket parts were used and that an aftermarket bumper may not have the exact same appearance as the original factory part. However, my concern is not simply cosmetic; it is the fitment and installation of the bumper. The rear bumper is visibly protruding on both the left and right sides and does not appear to sit flush with the surrounding body panels. The fitment appears uneven, and the bumper is beginning to pull away from the vehicle. I brought this concern to the service advisor Sabrina and was told that because an aftermarket part was used, the bumper would never look like it did before the accident. I understand that limitation, but that does not address my concern regarding proper alignment, attachment, and fitment. I expected the repaired bumper to be properly installed, securely attached, reasonably aligned, and to have consistent gaps and fitment on both sides. I was also disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. Rather than having the issue carefully inspected, I felt that my concern was dismisse by her. I am requesting that the repair be reviewed by the collision repair manager and that the bumper fitment, alignment, attachment points, clips/retainers, and gaps be inspected and corrected if necessary. I would have perfered that the vehicle returned to me with the bumper properly secured and installed to an acceptable professional repair standard. Upon driving back to the body shop and speaking with Sabrina, she was rude, noncooperative and unwilling to work with me. She told me to contact my adjuster which I did. Her directive of conversation left me with basically deal with it and that’s how the bumper is gonna look because it’s after market and no insurance company uses OEM parts.

At this point honestly I wouldn’t recommend Caliber Collision. I am completely disappointed in the quality of the work performed and the customer service that I received from the very beginning all the way through completion. Especially upon pick up and addressing my concerns with Sabrina.

I am requesting that the repair be reviewed by the collision repair manager Andrea and that the bumper fitment, alignment, attachment points, clips/retainers, and gaps be inspected and corrected if necessary. I would have preferred that the vehicle returned be to me with the bumper properly secured and installed to an acceptable professional repair standard.

The customer service I received was extremely disappointing. I found the Sabrina to be rude, dismissive, and unwilling to appropriately address my concerns. I understand that not every situation can be resolved in the way a customer would like, but there is no reason for a customer to be spoken to disrespectfully. I expected a professional and courteous interaction, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I believe this should be addressed by management because poor customer service can have a significant impact on a customer’s willingness to continue doing business with a company.
