From the start everything was explained properly and helped out by front desk(patty), and then got to meet Travis who would be taking care of my car. I would say I was extremely satisfied with how the car turned out as it looks just as or better than what it looked like before the accident. I was very satisfied with the work done with my car, I really appreciate the staff being nice and guiding me from start to finish. I would say patty at front office was super helpful and the service advisor Travis would keep me updated on the status of the car each week, when it was ready for pick up, I was really happy with how it came out and I would recommend people to come and get their car worked on at caliber. 10/10 Thank you, Travis & Caliber Team!

I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of Patty McKay, and pleasant manner in which she handled all of my questions, professionally and courteously . Travis was also very professional and courteous, and explained everything to me and kept me posted as to what was being done, and when he felt that my car would be finished. His knowledge, courtesy, and kindness to an elderly person was greatly appreciated. Both of these employees are an asset to your company. I would recommend your company to anyone that asks me.
