Car looks good, employees courteous and friendly. I will recommend Caliber to others. This may have not been Calbier's responsibility but the bill was more than $2000 over original quote. Insurance is covering it. I would liked to have heard about that before I pick up my car.

I am a returning Caliber Collision customer, and appreciate the team in Pacific Beach. Repairs on my vehicle were made in a timely manner and Caliber prides themselves with integrity on their workmanship. Robert was communicative and professional throughout the process.Randy accommodated my schedule for pickup once it was completed. I had some minor touch ups as we inspected the job. I felt comfortable and confident speaking with the team about my needs unlike other repair shops have made me feel like I was an inconvenience and overly concerned about my vehicle repairs leaving me dissatisfied. Vehicles are an investment most people work very hard to pay for and Pacific Beach team goes above and beyond to stand by their mission statement getting life back to normal. Caliber Collison is the only option I will choose and trust they’ll offer a great service when it comes to dealing with unexpected and unsettling issues from an auto accident regarding vehicle repair. I was 100% satisfied with the work at caliber collision perform on my Kia I want to specifically mention that Trevor, who saw me through the whole process from beginning was absolutely amazing. He went completely out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and entered every question and concern that I had. It’s unfortunate that accidents happen, but it’s nice to know that I was able to take my car to a place that made me feel so comfortable and relieve some of the stress of being involved in an accident Again, I can’t stress enough, how efficient and detailed Trevor was. He kept me informed every day as to what was happening with my car and actually returning the car back to me nicer than what it looked ahead of schedule. Thank you so much.
