I am very satisfied with the repair work done on my car. The team is courteous, professional & works very fast! My car was finished 2 weeks prior to the promised completion! My answers would b the same as those on the sample survey. As an added bonus, my car was delivered to my home on a Friday evening. That was a huge perk for me, beyond anything I ever expected! The repair was very fast, good quality and Luis who helped my wife and I with her vehicle was very kind and thoughtful. He even touched up small scratches that weren’t part of our claim. Very good service.

The gaps in the hood and the front bumper of my car are way off and I asked for them to fix it and it wasn’t fixed like I would like. There are other issues also and I will be taking the car back to hopefully resolve them

The portion that was worked on was fine, however there were grease stains left on the drivers side seat, behind the rear seats and on the trunk ceiling. In addition to that my radio settings were changed and the touch screen in the center console is no longer functional. This is the main source of dissatisfaction and I would like these issues to be remedied.
