Clear communication, had to play phone tag a couple times, but overall seamless. Only thing is that I thought the car rental would be setup between the insurance provider. Came to find out it wasn’t even when I was told when setting up appointment that all I needed was a claim number.

Outstanding process, aystems, level of communication and culture. My repairs were completed ahead of plan. The shop went beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend the professionalism of the whole team from service writer to receptionist to technicians doing the work.

Original drop off: Our vehicle was finished as mentioned. Before taking delivery we inspected the repairs. Unfortunately, going through insurance aftermarket parts was standard. The workmanship quality looked sloppy. The bumper had several gaps and the trunk was aligned too far to the left- this caused a gap on the right side. Giovanni who became our new service rep said they can warranty the work and do the repairs with OEM parts but have to wait. We took our car 8/7 and the next morning, our vehicle was dead. Turns out the battery terminals were never tightened-thankfully they didn’t come loose while driving. On pick up Giovanni said the new bumper would arrive by 8/12. It wasn’t until 8/17 we called to follow up. Was then told the date for the bumper would be actually 8/24- later received a call and was told the new bumper came on 8/14. Warranty work 8/18: Vehicle was dropped off in the morning. Was told it would be done by 8/20. Bumper not being properly color matched caused an extra day on top of a part needing to be ordered. Final pick up 8/21. Vehicle came out great this time, the trunk was fixed and the bumper fitment came out looking oem. Paint quality was definitely better. Definitely much happier with the warranty repair but just disappointed with the small inconveniences.
